How do I start a project?

Use the Submit Project page. You will receive a reference and private access code after submission.

Can I upload files?

Yes. The client portal supports private file upload and download using the live Supabase/Netlify workflow.

Where do I send messages?

Log into the client portal using your reference, email and access code, then use the Chat tab.

Does every enquiry become an order?

No. Enquiries are reviewed first and become orders only after approval and agreement.

Can UPNOV help with academic work?

UPNOV can support research organisation, editing, formatting, data handling and learning guidance. Dishonest requests are not accepted.

Which email should I use?

For general project enquiries use solutions@upnovtech.com. For operational follow-up use operations@upnovtech.com. For billing matters use accounts@upnovtech.com.
